Lindsay M. Allen
Associate Attorney
Lindsay M. Allen is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation, estate planning, probate matters and family law. Lindsay also handles protective custody, criminal defense and involuntary commitment cases.
Lindsay graduated from Boston University in 2008, with a degree in psychology. After graduation, Lindsay accepted a position working as a paralegal at a civil litigation law firm in Boston, MA. Lindsay went to law school at the University of Maine School of Law, graduating in 2013.
While in law school, Lindsay interned at the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Maine Department of Environmental Protection and Maine Supreme Judicial Court – Family Division. She was also a member of Maine Law’s Ocean and Coastal Law Journal and worked as a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic. Prior to joining F&A, Lindsay worked at a Portland law firm handling cases involving civil litigation and probate issues in mortgage default matters.
