Keegan graduated from the University of Vermont in 2013 with a degree in environmental studies and political science. In his career, Keegan has gained experience in a diverse array of legal fields: he has clerked in several firms in southwestern Colorado, and also served as an investigative intern with the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Vermont. Keegan joined Fairfield & Associates in 2014. Keegan is appointed as a Notary Public commissioned in the State of Maine.
In his free time, Keegan enjoys skiing. He describes himself as a “political junkie.” He is an avid consumer of all media and is happy to spend an evening watching a TED presentation or C-SPAN.
